President & Founder
With over a decade of leadership in the IT staffing industry, Joseph Bell is the President and Founder of Resolution Technologies. He launched the firm after successful roles with Insight Global and IDR, where he drove record growth and expansion as a senior leader.

Since founding Resolution Technologies, Joseph has guided the company through remarkable growth, earning multiple Atlanta Business Chronicle PaceSetter Awards and recognition as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in Atlanta. Under his leadership, the firm has built its reputation on delivering high-touch, personalized service—emphasizing strong relationships and face-to-face connections with both clients and consultants.
Joseph holds a B.A. in Psychology from LaGrange College, where he was a member of the varsity basketball team, and a Master’s in Applied Cognition and Development from the University of Georgia. His vision continues to be building a world-class organization centered on integrity, partnership, and results.
