We offer a referral bonus for any candidate referral who is hired and works a minimum of 120 days continuous employment at a client.
For any person you refer to us for a specific job opening we are not currently working with, we will provide a referral fee between $100-250 if that person is hired and works a minimum of 120 days continuous employment for a RT client.
For any person currently on our staff who refers us to a new client opportunity that we fill, we will pay a referral fee of $100-250. The position must be filled by an RT placement for a minimum of 120 days continuous employment to qualify.
