- Responsible for laying out project implementation guidelines, tracking project delays and making required adjustments, hiring and training new employees, directing project teams, and negotiating and administering contracts

- Responsible for providing assistance to on-site moves, providing timely and courteous desktop support service, maintaining inventory of replacement systems, providing hardware support for Dell and HP desktops/laptops and mobile devices
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, Skype for business/Lync and Dell Kace, experience with basic analysis and research, currently enrolled in a degree program with emphasis in IT, Business or Marketing
- Desktop Support Team Lead– Nashville, TN
- Responsible for orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and coaching members of the support team, actively monitoring support emails/cases, working collaboratively in a cross-functional team, implementing desktop security and ensuring software compliance
- 5+ years experience in desktop support, experience leading individuals in a 24/7 environment and experience supporting MS Lync and Skype for Business
- Oracle Developer– Wichita, KS
- Responsible for developing, testing and implementing information systems, working closely with business analysts and end-users, ensuring applications meet business requirements, and creating and maintaining custom built in-house applications
- 5+ years experience with Oracle PL/SQL 11G+, 3+ years database design experience, 2+ years development on high volume OLTP platforms, experience with Oracle Developer Suite 6i & 11Gr2
